John P. Noel

John P. Noel, age 74 went to be with his Lord, Wednesday August 8, 2012. He was preceded in death by his first wife Patricia Noel; parents Frank and Frances Noel; brother Frank Noel. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Beverly Noel; children John (Luanne)Noel, Lori (Doug) Nieuwkoop, Jeff Noel; step-sons Todd (Jennifer) Maksimowski, Brian (Jill) Maksimowski; siblings Tom (Joy) Noel, Dennis (Terri) Noel, Susan Dickinson, Cathy (Reggie) Schut, Marybeth (Bruce) Younker; sister-in-law Georgia Noel; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. John was a devoted family man and spent 48 years as the owner of Grand Valley Marine.

Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, Friday August 10, 2012 (West Building) 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville with a Vigil beginning at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am with visitation one hour prior at 9:30am, Saturday August 11th at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3937 Wilson Ave SW, Grandville. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. In honor of John, contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
