Katherine "Kay" Hendricks

HENDRICKS Katherine "Kay" Hendricks (Bouma) age 90 went to be with her Lord, Sunday, December 30, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents Nannie and Cornelia Bouma; son Jack Keith Hendricks; daughter Mary Lou Vos; grandson Mark Buikema; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 71 years, Jacob "Jake" Hendricks; children Shirley (Jim) Buikema, Keith (Margie) Hendricks, Joy (Jim) Albers, son-in-law Gary (Nancy) Vos; sister Martha Smith; Sisters-in-law Josephine De Young, Helen Vander Wal, Ann Bouma; 13 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building) 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville. Funeral service will be held at 11am Thursday, January 3, 2013 with visitation one hour prior at Trinity Christian Reformed Church with Pastor Gerry Koning officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery. In honor of Katherine, contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland or Sunset Manor.
