
A proud Veteran of WWII, he served in the Army Air Corps.
Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years Marjorie; three sons and one daughter, Charles Thompson, Thomas Judith Thompson, Sherrie Dan Coke, and Eric Thompson; four grandchildren, Nicole Thompson, Nina and Trevor Post, and Michael Coke.
Tom was an active member in the AMVETS Post #23, the American Legion Veteran’s Club Post #208, and the Kent County Veteran’s Honor Guard.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Central Reformed Church 10 College NE.
Interment at Grandville Cemetery.
A time for family and friends to visit will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday at Cook Funeral Home west 4235 Prairie St. SW.
