
He was preceded in death by his father Leon R Norris Sr.
Leon is lovingly remembered by his wife Muriel Jolley of 54 years; his children, Terry Carolyn Norris, Becky Wesley Gruno, Teresa Clayton; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren; his mother Anne Norris Lewis.
A time for visiting will be held from 2-4 and 7-8:30 pm Sunday, followed by a Scripture Service, 8:30 pm Sunday, at the Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 am Monday at the St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3937 Wilson Ave. SW.
Interment will be at Floral View Memorial Gardens.

Leon was an insulator by trade and a member of the Local 47. He taught his trade at Lansing Community College. He was a 4-H leader in the Jamestown Saddle Partners.
In honor of Leon, contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 179, Neal E. Fonger.
