She is survived by her father and mother, SGT Michael J. Blair Jr. and Angela Ann Blair. She has two sisters, Jazzilynne Rose Blair, 21, and Georgia Elaine Blair, 15, and one brother, Roman Anthoney Blair, 18, all of Holland, Michigan. She is also survived by her grandparents, Michael J. Blair, Sr. and Elsie Mae Blair of Reed, Kentucky, and Pamela Ann Rader of Phelan, California, and Diane Cook of Santee, California.
A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday July 7, 2013 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Reed, KY.
