She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Donald Dowling.
She is survived by her sons Thomas and Scott Dowling; grandson Timothy (Andrea) Dowling; and great-grandchildren Andrew, Monica and Donovan.
A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 275 Burton St. SE., Grand Rapids, MI 49546, with one hour of visitation prior.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
