Lyle Charles Eldridge

Eldridge - Lyle Charles Eldridge, age 89 of Middleville, went to be with the Lord, Friday, January 13, 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, Rebecca Marie Petchauer and Isaiah James Eldridge.

He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Marie (nee Baker); his children Carolyn (Brandt) Hofman, Bob (Sue) Eldridge, Dale (Cheryl) Eldridge, Marilyn Walker and Jim Eldridge; 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; sisters and brother Verle Schantz, Richard (Fern) Eldridge, Thelma (Harold) Bestrom, sister and brother-in-laws Marjean Eldridge, Carl Vander Heide, Peter (Marge) Baker, Betty (Emerson) Smith, Elaine (Edwin) Smith, Gerald (Marge) Baker, Rev. Bert Joan) Boes.

Lyle loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and gardening and passed that love on to his family. Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Middleville, 5215 N. M-37 Highway, Middleville. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Middleville.
