Margaret E. Dewindt

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald DeWindt in 1998.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Judy and Mart Kiel, and Jim and Pam DeWindt; her grandchildren, Brian Rhonda Kiel, Revs. Doug Kristi Kiel, Sue Dave Hendriksen, Andrew DeWindt, and Anna DeWindt; her great grandchildren, Emily Kiel, Jonathan Kiel, and Nathan, Madelyn, and Baby Hendriksen; her siblings Gordon Margaret Van Wylen, Carol Marvin Van Dellen, and Wayne Barb Van Wylen; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She served as church secretary and as a volunteer at Butterworth Hospital for many years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31 at the Rosewood Reformed Church with Rev. Richard Vander Klok and Rev. Howard Moths officiating.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin Dr. in Jenison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Jenison Christian School, Hudsonville Christian School, Unity Christian High School, or Camp Geneva.
