LEITH Mrs. Margarete A. Leith (Stevenson), age 100, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014. Margarete was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Stevenson, and William Leith; her son, Robert Stevenson; and her brothers and sisters.
Surviving are her sons, Max Stevenson, and Neal (Joan) Stevenson; step daughter, Melody Hersh; 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and great, great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 AM at the Cook Memorial Chapel (east building) 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville. Interment will be at Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet her family Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (west building). Her family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcares.com. Contributions in memory of Margarete may be made to Visiting Nurses.
