Margie Ann Barksdale, age 86, went to be with her Lord Monday, September 9, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Barksdale. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Luke (Sue) Barksdale, Mark Barksdale, Elaine (Tim) Cook, Glen (Chris) Barksdale; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Margie was a loving friend and second mom to many others throughout her life, generously wrapping her arms and quilts around them. She will be deeply missed until we see her in our promised eternal home. John 3:26
A private family memorial will be held to honor Margie's life.
