Marlene Gladys Turner

TURNER - Marlene Gladys Turner, age 66 of Grand Rapids, passed away May 7, 2001, and went to be with her Lord. Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her mother Gladys Hinder, brother Arlend Hinders, grandson David Marion, aunt Margaret Seefeld.

She is survived by one son Ron Kristine Turner of Alma; one daughter Janice Joey Marion of Grand Rapids; grandchildren, Samantha Turner, Nathan Kelly Ryckman, Jordan Ryckman, Laura and Joshua Marion, Grant Paplauskas; one great grandson Zachary Ryckman; also surviving are her father Ben Hinders; one sister Mavis Jim Christians; and several nieces and nephews. Marlene loved spending time with her family.

Funeral service will be held Friday 11 a.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St., Byron Center, with Pastor Jay DeVries officiating. Interment Winchester Cemetery. The family will meet with relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center.
