Martha Sigg, age 94, peacefully went to be with her Lord Jesus on Thursday, February 16, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sigg, and granddaughter, Lynsey Polanic. Martha will be lovingly remembered by her children Don (Linda) Sigg, Cathi (Jean-Pierre) Erdelyi, Julie (Michael) Polanic, John (Stacy) Sigg; grandchildren Stacey Sigg, Andrew and Joseph Erdelyi, Holly (Rick) Cole, David (Christine) Polanic, Michelle Polanic (Don Nowicki), Stephanie (Joel) Ensing, Kelsey and Nathan Sigg; six great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law Gilbert (LaReta) Bollin, Paul (Beatrice) Bollin; sister-in-law, Carol Hill; dog, Sadie; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2023 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Holy Redeemer Parish, 2700 Baldwin St., Jenison, MI 49428, with visitation from 10 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
