Mary Kay Van Van Pelt

She was preceded in death by her husband, William G.; her son, Duane Van Pelt; her parents, Gerald and Katie Weber; her brother, Maurice Weber; her sister-in-law, Katheryn Weber; and her in-laws, William M. and Mary I. Van Pelt.

She is survived by her children, Franklin Van Pelt, Bill Van Pelt and Mary Lou Paul Pitsch; her grandchildren, Colette and Isaac Pitsch; her sisters and brothers, Dolores Bob Bieber, Marvin Weber, Phyllis Burrell Stein, Dennis Shirley Weber, Barbara Dennis Roys; her sister-in-law, Gertrude Weber; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11 from St. Mary’s Visitation Catholic Church, 2459 146th Ave in Byron Center.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St. SW in Byron Center, and one hour prior to the Mass at church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Wings of Hope Hospice.
