Mary Verwys

VERWYS - Mary Verwys, age 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, February 8, 2018. She was preceded in death by the love of her life and husband Donald, her son Ron Soules, and many other family members.

She will be lovingly missed by her children Tony (Dawn) Giaimo, Christi Soules (Jim Williams), Kati Gray, Kim Verwys, Dan Verwys and family; grandchildren Jennifer Beerthuis (Jan), Jason Hop, Jeremy Hop, Chris Hop, Eric Soules, Erin Rudegeair (Ondray), Jacob Weeks, Cory Weeks, Donelle Weeks; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Mary was a member of Christian Fellowship Assembly for over 40 years. She loved her family, and was a dedicated mother and grandmother.

Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 5 PM Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville, MI 49418.

Funeral Services will be at 11 AM Monday, February 12, 2018 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building) with Pastor Ron Hirdes officiating. Interment will be at Fairplains Cemetery.

In honor of Mary and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for final expenses and donations to the charities she supported.
