Minnie Berghorst

BERGHORST-Minnie Berghorst (Hopp) age 96 of Hudsonville passed away, Monday, October 24, 2011, she is now home with her precious Lord and Savior. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; and son-in-law Roger VerLee.

She is survived by her daughter Joy VerLee, her son Jerry (Carol) Berghorst; grandchildren, Robyn (Keith) Littlepage, Roshelle (Scott) Rawlings, Debra (Kevin) Kumko, Greg Berghorst, Dawn (Jim) Brumels; 11 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Ann Vanden Bosch, Harriet Wierenga brother-in-law Sharon Schut; step brother John (Jeanette) Cotts and step sister Henrietta Simonsen.

The family would like to thank the staff at Providence Healthcare for their loving care and support. The funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel (east building), 4235 Prairie St. SW with Pastors Paul Davis and Phil Schout officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 4-8 pm at the Cook Funeral Home (west building).
