
He was preceded in death by his wife Donna.
He is survived by his daughters, Gail Joseph Jr. Jehl of Okemos, Kay Herb Vander Loo of Jenison, and Joy Daniel Penning of Wyoming; grandchildren, Eric, Stacie, Sara and Steven Jehl, Lisa and Douglas Vander Loo; special friend Gerri Lagendyk of West Palm Beach; sisters and brother Leona Mack of Traverse City, Richard Thompson of Lake City, Beverly Ancel of Falmouth, Edith Rice of Falmouth.
Norm served our country during WWII in the United States Army.
The family will meet with relatives and friends 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie St. SW - west building.
The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Cook Memorial Chapel east building with visitation from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
