Patricia Ann Piatt

Patricia Ann Piatt, age 84, passed away, Monday, September 20, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Piatt and her son Brad Piatt. Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jeff Diane Piatt and Bill Newville; her grandchildren, Amy Mark Frazine, Kelli Tavis Polinskey, Ryan Stephanie Piatt, Tyler Piatt and Rachel Hampel; her great grandchildren, Jacob Cole, Jocelyn and Avery Polinskey and Jasmine Cooper.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 PM Thursday at Cook Funeral Home, in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building.

A committal service will be held 11 AM Friday at Rosedale Memorial Park, O-50 Lake Michigan Dr. In honor of Patricia, contributions may be made to Friends of Michigan Veterans, PO Box 805, Grandville, MI 49468-0805 or Wildlife Rehab Center, 1504 Union NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.
