Paul and I met at Steelcase and his smile immediately said friends forever. Kids were the same ages and we grew with similar interests in cars and other miscellaneous things. I moved away to Texas, but always kept Paul and his loved ones in my prayers and thoughts. His friendship endured over the many decades even with the distance apart at times with occasional visits. At one time years ago I was needing financial help and Paul was ready to immediately  send funds to my rescue. I found an alternative to my problem and politely declined his offer. He was always ready to be a devoted friend. Paul was the kind of man that was a rare friend indeed and loved one hard to find. In my book he was like a close brother and will always be missed and loved along with his loved ones. Sincerely, Paul Moore

I met Paul over 50 years ago working at Steelcase. We both were Corvette owners and shared mechanical and machine experiences. After a time my wife and I moved to Texas, but Paul and I always stayed in touch with each other. The distance between us never changed our friendship. He was always willing to help out at any time regardless of our separate circumstances.  Occasionally we shared memorable visits back and forth over the years. There was always a special place in my heart for both Paul and his family. So, here it is a year later and it brings a tear to my eye as I write this. I still remember his smile when we first met. His wife and sons could not have had a better Dad ! Gone but not forgotten !  I loved Paul like a brother !

Paul Agema is among my heroes. I met him through Bricklin car meets. He and Pat never missed one, ever, anywhere. The meets started in the mid 1970s. As I asked what must have sounded like silly questions about the Bricklin SV-1, he answered them fully and with a smile - no matter how often I asked the same questions.
Paul Agema is what dignity looks like.

I first met Paul on the job back in the early 70's. Our children were small and we shared several things in common making a life long friendship lasting over 50 years. We shared many thoughts concerning family, machinery  and automotive. I moved to Texas in 1973 but maintained a long distance relationship with occasional visits with Paul and Pat from time to time. Becky and I  shared quality time when we did see one another with many memories and laughs. He will be sorely missed and our hearts go out to the family and pray for their healing and comfort. Paul was greatly loved by all who knew him ! May the Lord bless his family !


Hi Pat and family, deepest sympathy, we are very saddened with Paul's passing.  We will miss him dearly; we have always had so much fun with you both.   It was always a great time sharing a rental car at all the Western meets.   Paul is no longer in pain and find peace knowing he will be in heaven.  The Western meet will never be the same. Pat and family, we are so very sorry for your loss.  Paul was such a nice person and we enjoyed meeting you both at the Bricklin meets.  Our prayers and thoughts will be with you.  Pat we fondly remember how Paul tried to help Joel with  his back pain by giving him a CBD gummie.  It was so funny when he started laughing an couldn't stop.  And you are always so thoughtful with the gifts.  Our hearts are heavy and will keep you in our thoughts always.

I have known Paul and Pat since 1968, when I was a senior in high school.  Through the decades of time passed, I was always warmly welcomed into their home, treated with smiles, coffee, treats, and the latest news.  I have the utmost respect for Paul, knowing him as a devoted father and family man always engaged in the betterment of his children, and  supportive of his in-laws.  My heart goes out to Pat, family, and those  suffering the pain of this loss.  May God be with you.

I have many great memories at the Agema house growing up with the boys, we will keep you all in our thoughts....
