Pauline Nellie Honderd

HONDERD - Pauline Nellie Honderd, age 92 of Jenison, passed away January 3rd, 2001 and went to be with her Lord. Mrs. Honderd was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Peter Honderd, with whom she served faithfully during his over 40 years in ministry. She also enjoyed and loved spending time with family. Pauline is survived by two daughters, Audrey Rev. Arthur Besteman of Caledonia, Ruth Sjaardema of Denver, CO; two sons, Ralph Carol Honderd of Grand Rapids, David Sheri Honderd of Byron Center; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Sunset Manor Chapel, 725 Baldwin in Jenison, with Rev. Arthur Besteman officiating. Interment Restlawn Memorial Park. The family will meet with relatives and friends Friday 7 to 9 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home west building 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Back to God Hour or a Charity of One’s Choice.
