My sincere and deepest condolences go to Joan, the children and the entire Carson family at this time. I am so saddened to hear of Pastor Phil's passing but am delighted to know that he has reached his final destination and is getting settled in his new home. I know that the days ahead will be a time of grieving as well as adjustment for the family that is left behind but my thoughts and prayers will certainly be with you as you remember the life and laughter that Pastor Phil brought to everyone that was fortunate enough to have known him!!

Phil Carson was my spiritual mentor during my years at Oliver Machinery. I always looked forward to Phil's counsel and considered him to be very much of a father figure. Phil is now with our Father in Heaven. I believe it was a joyous homecoming...

I worked with Phil at Oliver Machinery until I was transferred to B&O Saws in Belding. He was a great guy to work with and a true christian. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dr. Phil We affectionately called him "Dr. Phil". He was always fun loving with a twinkle in his eyes ever joking, always laughing, and all who knew him loved him which is no surprse.
 He always had little tidbits of news and would ask you to comment and share your views.
 Phil just couldn't stand still. He kept busy every day talking and encouraging all of us or anyone he met along the way.
 Phil was a pastor and was a passionate witness for the Lord. He told the unsaved that they were buying into a satanic plan which was eternal separation from God; a plan which they could not afford.
 We don't know why Phil had to suffer; only God knows the reason why. Although his presence is no longer with us, in our memory "Dr. Phil" wll never die!
 One more important thing that cannot be omitted--Phil loved to talk and he could come up with something funny and at the same time be quick witted!
 We are assured of the fact that Phil is presently with the Lord! The One whom he loved, the One whom he faithfully served, and the One whom he worshipped and adored.
 We miss you "Dr. Phil" but it won't be long until we sit with you at the marriage supper of the Lamb. Then we will live, love, and for all eternity praise THE GREAT I AM.
