Ralph "Pete" Brown

BROWN - Ralph "Pete" Brown age 89 of Northeast Grand Rapids, went to be with his Heavenly Father, Wednesday, May 21, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Kathleen, his sister Violet Harris, and sons; Peter Alan and Jeffrey Alan. He is survived by his loving wife Deloris Brown, his children, Stephen (Cheryl) Brown, Stacey Brown, Tammey (David) Geenen; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and a great number of friends. Pete served in WWII and Korea as a paratrooper.

He was the owner of three bars the last being "Pete Brown's Office". A memorial service will be held 1 pm Thursday, May 29th at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. SW. The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday, May 28th 5-8 pm at the Cook Memorial Chapel. The family welcomes memories and messages in their online guest book at www.cookcares.com.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Pete was a very generous, loving, spunky man who will be greatly missed but never forgotten. We have wonderful memories and will always miss DAD.
