
He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years Sandy Spaman; his precious daughter Shelly “Michelle” Seifers; and very special and beloved granddaughter Samantha Jo Seifers; also his son-in-law Mike Seifers; sister and brother-in-law Chris and Frances Seikaly; brother and sister-in-law Tom and Nancy Spaman.
Dick is also survived by two nieces, three nephews and many wonderful friends, including all those at Dykema Excavating where he worked for many years.
Dick first and foremost loved spending time with his family, but also enjoyed camping and traveling with his many camping friends.
Dick was a very special, deeply caring man who will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of being part of his life.
For we know that one day we shall all stand together in the presence of our Lord.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Monday at Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St - east building.
Interment will be in Rosedale Memorial Park.
Visitation is from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building, and Monday 2 to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society of Ottawa County.
