Robert A. Mingerink, age 89 of Jenison, passed away Friday, January 10, 2025, into the arms of his Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Ann Mingerink; brothers Marvin and Lloyd Mingerink. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Donna (Smits) Mingerink; brother, Jay Mingerink; daughter, Debra (Gary) Hoffman; sons Robert (Denise) Mingerink and Rick (Donna) Mingerink; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Bob worked in the grocery industry for many years and enjoyed spending time with his beloved wife in various activities such as day trips, gardening, antiquing, and spending time with family.
A celebration of life service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Jamestown Baptist Church, 2472 Quincy St., Hudsonville, MI 49426, with visitation from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to service. In honor of Bob and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice - Trillium Woods.
