Robert Dean Morey Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents Arlys and Olive Morey; wife of 53 years, Marie; daughter, Vickie Long; siblings Melvin, Mervin, George, Shirley, Fred, Ron, Danny, and Edith.

Robert will be lovingly remembered by his children Connie (John) Feenstra, Kellie Morey, Robert Morey Jr., and Allen Morey; grandchildren Jennifer (Scott) Teaker, Toni Feenstra, Chassida, Faith, Spencer, Phillip, Jordan, V.J. Morey, Paul Long Jr., Angel (Timm) Roelofs, Matt (Katie) Long, Erin (Curtis) Woodhams, and Zandra Long; and many great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings Jerry (Evyone) Morey, Rita Wilks, Les Morey; sisters-in-law Pat Morey, Carolyn Morey, Annabelle Morey, and Betty Arnold; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He loved spending time with family, enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing games--especially card games.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2026, at Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. Grandville, MI. The family will receive relatives and friends from 1 p.m. until time of service.
