He will be remembered by his wife of 37 years, Jane Proulx; children Sara Proulx, Amy (Pat) Malone, Tommy Proulx, Cheyenne Proulx and Conner Proulx; grandchildren Bella and Shiah; siblings Lesa Perdue and Eddie Proulx.
Visitation with relatives and friends will be held from 6-8 PM Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville, MI 49418. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Friday, November 16, 2018 with visitation one hour prior, at Resurrection Life Church, 5100 Ivanrest SW, Grandville, MI 49418.
