Alan Friend

Alan Parker Friend, 54, of Grapevine, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. Born on May 29, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio, Alan moved to Grapevine with his family in 1975, where he became a fixture in the Grapevine community for over forty years. Alan is preceded in death by his father, Richard Friend, his mother, Carolyn Friend and sister Kristin Watkins.

He is survived by a brother, Erich Friend of Irving, TX; sister, Andrea Wylie and her husband Jeff of Keller, TX; brother, David Friend and his wife Laura of Round Rock, TX; four nephews, two nieces, three grandnephews, two grandnieces and numerous other family and friends.

A visitation will be held of Saturday, June 9th from 6:00-8:00 pm, with a service to be held on Sunday, June 10th at 2:00 pm. Both with be held at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Home, 523 S. Main Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
