Allen attended LD Bell High School, graduating in 2001. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2005. Allen worked for the Carrollton Police Department where he was promoted from Officer to Sergeant in 2017. Allen enjoyed spending time with his family, barbequing and traveling.
Allen is survived by his Wife, Lyndsay Hollis; Children, Haylie Hollis and Carter Hollis; Parents, James and Linda Hollis; Siblings, James Hollis and John Hollis; Nieces, Kennedy Carter and Ava Hollis; Nephews, Andrew Carter, Andrew Hollis, and Sam Hollis; Along with many extended family and his extended family at Carrollton Police Department.
A memorial service will be held on August 21, 2021 at 5:00pm at First Baptist Church at The Fields, 1401 Carrollton Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010.
