A Funeral Service honoring Bill's life will commence Friday afternoon September 2, 2016 at 1:00 pm at The Hills Church 6300 Northeast Loop 820, North Richland Hills, Texas. The family will receive friends following the service in the Atrium.
Bill was born June 5, 1936 to Clarence Delmar and Cora Faye Smith New in Odessa, Texas. He was a businessman, an elder at the Hills Church, Fort Worth Texas for 23 years, a man of prayer, mentor, and counselor to many over the years.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, daughter Deletha Sullivan of Richland Hills, Texas, Son, Brandon New of Keller, Texas. Grandson, Travis Sullivan of Lubbock, Texas, Granddaughters, Taryn Freeby of N.Richland Hills, Texas, Veronica and Vanessa Mendez of Fort Worth, Texas, Siblings, Dean Ruegge of New Orleans, Ken New of Grandbury, Texas, four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
