Margaret "Peggy" Jane Dill

Margaret “Peggy” Jane Dill, 84, of Grapevine, Texas, passed away on April 4, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents, Anne Moore Priestley and Seymour “Jack” Wood Priestley. She leaves behind a loving family which includes her husband of 64 years, Edgar Allan Dill, and their four children: Robert and his wife Sylvia, Cheryl and her husband Greg, Kevin and his wife Christine, and Brian and his wife Amy. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Melissa and husband Dylan, Samantha, Cameryn, Kara, Kaitlyn, Gregory and wife Jessica, Rachel and husband Zach, Troy, Scott, Erik, Alyssa and husband Josh, and her two great-grandchildren Vincent and Elena. Peggy also leaves behind her loving sister, June Anne Priestley Bearse and several nieces and nephews.

Grammy, as she was lovingly called, cherished her grandchildren and time spent with each of them. She enjoyed spending summers at a cottage in Ocean Park, Maine with family. Grammy was known for her large family meals featuring her homemade spaghetti and meatballs. Finally, Grammy loved to shop and always knew where the deals could be found. She will be missed by all of the family.

Visitation will be held at Foust Funeral Home in Grapevine, Texas, on Sunday, April 9 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The funeral will be held at the same location on Monday, April 10 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery.
