Family was central to Tracy’s life. She was deeply devoted to her loved ones and held strong convictions rooted in compassion, fairness, and concern for the well-being of others. Her values reflected a belief in social responsibility, equality, and care for community—principles that guided her views and the way she lived her life.
Tracy embraced a life of exploration and simplicity. She and her husband lived and traveled full time in a motor home, journeying throughout the United States and creating lasting memories along the way. She found joy in long walks, hiking, and quiet moments of rest, valuing both the beauty of nature and the peace of unhurried time.
She is survived by her husband, Bradley Loomis; her two sons, Daltin Loomis and his wife, Elana Loomis, and Devin Loomis; and her mother, Barbara Jeffrey, along with her stepfather, Gene Jeffrey. She is also survived by her siblings: Jeri Hill, Dale Boyd, David Boyd, Julie Boyd, and Jennifer Steward.
She was preceded in death by her father, Don Boyd.
A service will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Home in Grapevine.
A memorial service will also be held in Cincinnati in April. Details will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blood Cancer United.
Tracy will be remembered for her love of family, her thoughtful spirit, and the quiet strength with which she lived her life.
