Tracy’s warmth and kindness will forever resonate in the hearts of family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Directors, with visitation starting at 10:00am CST.

She is survived by her loving husband, Keith Witt; her mother, Virginia “Ginger” Giddiens Thomas; her daughter and son-in-law, Katie & Mario Deleza; and her grandson, Nico Miguel Deleza. She was preceded in death by her father, Bud Tanner.

Tracy was a spiritual woman guided by the faith instilled by her mother Virginia. That faith shaped her life profoundly, becoming a legacy of love, resilience, and spiritual strength.

She was married to her devoted husband, Keith, for 14 years. Their love story began in 2008, and ever since their memorable first date, they never left each other’s side. Together they built a beautiful life filled with faith, love, and unwavering support for one another.

She was a devoted mother whose entire world revolved around her daughter, Katie. She cherished every milestone in Katie’s journey - witnessing her growth into a remarkable young woman, celebrating her finding true love, and experiencing the profound happiness of becoming a grandmother to her beloved grandson, Nico. Tracy was overjoyed to welcome her grandson, who turned one last year, bringing immense happiness to her life.

Tracy was a beautiful soul and will be dearly missed. Her legacy of love will continue to inspire all who knew her.
