Levine, Annette (née Nagor) 87,beloved wife of the late Dr. Abraham, loving mother of Dr. Marc (Susan), Robin (David), Dr. Howard (Silvina), cherished grandmother of Rory, Eli, Anna, Joshua, Aaron, Nicole, Renee, died peacefully at home on August 10. The epitome of selflessness, a kind, humble role model who lived for her husband, children and grandchildren.
