Topper-Charlotte beloved wife of David and cherished mother of Gail and Susan died peacefully on January 26 on L.I. from colon cancer. Her wonderful warm spirit touched the lives of the staff at P.S. 117 where she ran the office for many years. Devoted and caring to all her friends and family, she had an amazing ability to truly listen. She contributed many hours to the Brandeis Women where she was greatly loved. Her beauty, class, intelligence , humor and warmth will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
