

Edith Robertta Campbell passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Good Samaritan Center-Bonell in Greeley, Colorado, eight days before her 99th birthday. Robertta was born on July 10, 1916 in Kansas City, Kansas to Grace Harris Malott and Ernest Malott. She married Dale Campbell and moved several times from Kansas City, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas then back to Kansas City, where most of her family lived.
She moved to Colorado after Dale’s passing. She was very involved in volunteer work at the hospital and a quilting group at the First United Methodist Church in Greeley.
Robertta had learned to quilt with her Mother as a young girl and continued to do so until failing eyesight forced her to quit. She enjoyed many activities with her grandchildren both in Iowa and Colorado and was hiking beyond the age of 80 and enjoying trips.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale and two brothers, Ronald and Don Malott and a sister, Doris (Adams) Newby. She is survived by daughter, Pamela Rose and son, Stanley Campbell, grandchildren, Jason and Justin Rose, Kristen Lee and Boone Campbell, great-grandchildren, Noah and Natalie Rose and Jameson and Weston Lee.
Graveside inurnment will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2015 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Kansas City, Kansas.
