

John Julian Fuller, 73, of Greeley, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born on February 16, 1942 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to George Julian and Rudeen (Davis) Fuller.
John was raised in Oklahoma City. He attended Oklahoma Baptist University, earning his Bachelor’s degree and then attended Oklahoma University where he earned his Master’s degree. He directed the Flag Corp at Oklahoma University. John then earned his Doctorate from the University of Northern Colorado.
John taught music and band to high school students in Oklahoma and was the owner of Fuller and Associates Printing.
On October 28, 1983 he married Dianna Thompson at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Greeley, where he was a member.
John was a 32nd Degree Mason and a US Navy Veteran.
John loved teaching and playing music. He excelled at the saxophone. He also loved to read and play pool.
John is survived by his wife, Dianna; daughter, Lisa Dyer; son, Ed (Rachelle) Dyer; brother, Mike (Carolyn) Fuller; four grandchildren, Samantha, Meghan, Carley and Mackenzie and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, David Paul Fuller and niece, Kimberly Alison Fuller both of Yukon, Oklahoma.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
