Joseph ""Joe Michael Cannon

Joseph “Joe” Cannon, 26 of Evans, CO, passed away at the Medical Center of the Rockies on September 22, 2016. Joe was born March 10, 1990 in San Diego, CA, to Steven and Candice (Schmidt) Weber. He married Jordyn Clyde on May 3, 2011 in Greeley.

Joe graduated from Greeley West High School in 2009. He worked in several positions including construction, the oil fields, fast food and was the manager at Arby’s. He enjoyed video games, hunting, fishing, camping, music, concerts and shooting.

He is survived by his wife Jordyn Cannon; sons Orion and Conner Cannon and daughter Zoe Cannon; mother Candice Scobee; brother Lane (Olivia Jones) Weber and their son Nik; aunt Ronda Weber, grandmother Linda Weber; cousin Brianna (Alex Rocha) Weber and their son Talon, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Steve Weber; and grandfather Ron Weber.

A visitation will be held from 5-7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel.
