She attended elementary and high school in Bird City, Kansas, where she actively participated in drama and music. Judy graduated with the Class of 1959. She furthered her education in Salina, Kansas, and graduated from Brown Mackie Business College and Nancy Taylor Modeling School. Judy loved ballroom dancing, reading, and playing the piano. She found royalty in everyday moments. Judy enjoyed traveling and made wonderful memories during her numerous trips to Hawaii, her favorite place. She spent part of her winters there, every year, for over 20 years. She also traveled to Europe many times, and loved it.
Judy was a devoted and loving mother to her two daughters, Teela Craik and Dana (Craik) Green. She felt her greatest accomplishment was raising her two loving daughters. She loved being involved with her grandchildren and watching them grow into adults.
Judy passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on August 6, 2025. Judy is survived by her daughters, Teela and Dana (David); grandchildren, Ashleigh (Cajun), Brandi, and Austin (Alyssa); and great-grandchildren, Kayla, Aydn, Thailar, Taylor, Addison, Akira, Lelia, Leo, and Colton.
