Leo Soto, born on November 22, 1953, was the son of José Soto Arratia and Josefa Gámiz de Soto and one of thirteen siblings. He was widowed and a devoted father to Leopoldo Soto Jr., who preceded him in death, and Leticia Aguilera.
Leo was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren and a loving great-grandfather to seven great-grandchildren. He will be remembered for his deep love for family and the legacy he leaves behind.
