Loren "Bill" William Keefer Jr.

He was born in Greeley, CO June 21, 1949 and passed away in Boulder on February 26, 2022. He was born the son of Loren and Ruby Keefer.

Bill was a graduate from Platte Valley High School in Kersey, and Colorado Aero Tech in Broomfield, graduating with his A & P License in 1969.

Bill lovingly stalked his High School sweetheart Carol Grossaint , and they were married in Greeley, CO August 3, 1969.

They started their married life together in Boulder, CO where Bill worked as a mechanic for Arnold Bros. Ford.

He was a skilled mechanic for a number of companies up and down the Front Range of Colorado until his retirement in 2019.

Bill was a founding member of Corvettes West car club in Greeley in 1985. Bill restored his and Carol's 1965 Corvette Convertible known as "Rosie" which he showed throughout the Midwest region.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Carol, his brothers Gary (Carol) Keefer of Gould, CO, Mark of Greeley, brother-in-law Arden (Laurel) Grossaint. Nephews and Niece; Gary B. (Chris) Keefer of Gaston, Oregon, Clint (Kim) Keefer of Croswell, Michigan, Luke (Miranda) Grossaint of Severance, CO, Jennifer (Matt) Stewart of Greeley, and Justin (Kylie) Grossaint of Greeley.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

A reception to follow at The Community Grief Center 4650 West 20th Street, Greeley, CO.
