

Angie Espinosa, 73, of Evans, died June 14, 2012 at her home. Angie was born on May 14, 1939 to Vicente and Carmen (Trujillo) Jojola in the Spanish Colony in Greeley, Colorado. She was the youngest of seven.
Angie attended schools in the area. She worked for Monfort Portion Foods and later at Longmont Foods.
On January 23, 1956, she married Daniel M. Espinosa at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Angie was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, but also attended St. Peter’s Catholic Church and Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.
Angie was very involved with church. She coordinated the funeral luncheons at St. Mary’s and formerly served on the Peace and Justice committee. Angie was a member of the Sacred Heart Auto League, America Needs Fatima, Pious Association of the Holy Family, and Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. She volunteered at the Guadalupe Center, her passion was cooking, enjoyed time with her grandchildren, and just recently met her great-grandchild Maliyah Parker of Farmington, Arkansas for the first time.
Angie is survived by her daughter, Daniela Marin (Javier) of Evans; son, Raymond Espinosa of Evans; two sisters, Lupe Jojola Hernandez of Greeley and Mary Jojola Martinez of Evans; three brothers, Manuel Jojola of San Pablo, California, Arthur Jojola of Surprise, Arizona and Raymond Jojola of Evans; seven grandchildren, Seth Espinosa and Mika Espinosa both of Centennial, Dominique Espinosa and Devon Espinosa both of Farmington, Arkansas and Carlos, Adrian and Gabriel Marin all of Evans and one great-granddaughter, Maliyah Parker of Farmington, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her husband and brother, Reynaldo Jojola.
Visitation 3:00-6:00 p.m. Monday at Stoddard Funeral Home. Recitation of the Rosary 7:00 p.m. Monday at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens.
