Michael S. Burns

Michael graduated from Aurora High School in Aurora, Colorado. He then attended AIMS Community College, receiving a certificate from the Electrician program. Michael worked at Teasdale Food for 13 years. On September 26, 2015 he married Sherry Hester at Sleepy Hollow Park in Loveland.

Michael loved his motorcycles, dancing with his wife and spending time in the mountains. He was a very caring, loyal and loving father and had a beautiful smile.

Michael is survived by his wife, Sherry; daughters, Skyler Burns and Alexixs Burns; step-daughter, Madison Clyne; step-sons, Ryan McCartney and Keaton Arseneault; parents, Maxine Hasty and Robert Burns and step-grandchildren, Koryn and Mason McCartney.

He was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Drew Arseneault.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Stoddard Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for Michael’s burial fund in care of Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 West 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
