Michael (Mike) Wayne Burris, 70, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on January 27, 2026, following a two-year battle with ALS.
Born on November 27, 1955, in Greeley to Wayne and Gloria Burris, Mike graduated from Greeley West High School in 1974.
A lifelong Colorado native, Mike had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and took pleasure in life’s simple moments. He treasured quiet mornings spent fishing, brisk fall days hunting, and never missed a chance to cheer on his beloved Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs. His love for his pets was evident to all who knew him.
