Nancy Alice Brunner

A Celebration of Life will be held at Allnutt Funeral Home in Greeley on September 27th at 11:00 a.m.

Nancy was born in Denver, Colorado to Ralph and Francis Moore on January 7, 1940. She went to East High School in Denver and upon graduation, attended Colorado State University, where she earned a teaching certification. It was also at Colorado State where she met the love of her life, Bob Brunner. They later married on December 29, 1962 and resided in Greeley.

Nancy was a wonderful mother who was always there when her family and friends needed her the most, offering support, wisdom and love in abundance. The mother of a disabled son whom she cared for at home until his passing in 2022, Nancy epitomized the most selfless kind of love as a consummate caregiver. A lover of games (especially bridge) and cooking, Nancy found peace in life’s simple moments and encouraged us all to do the same.

Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Brunner, parents, Ralph and Francis Moore, a sister, Carol Ann Moore, and her son, David.

She is survived by her daughter, Tracy (John) Dooley, and two grandchildren, Kevin (Ashlyn) Dooley and Megan (Nick) Frabasilio.
