Patrick Jayden Solorzano, entered paradise, November 29, 2016 at Children’s Hospital, Aurora, Colorado. Patrick was born July 9, 2016 at Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado to Marc Solorzano and Victoria Cruz.
Although Patrick had a very short life, he was very tuned into seeing his parents and grandparents. He had a wonderful smile and was adored by all he was near. He loved his cuddle time with his mother, father and grandparents. He also loved to take naps with his family. Patrick fought hard during his time at Children’s Hospital.
Patrick is survived by his parents; sisters Jalisa Salazar, Gabriella Salazar, Isabela Derienzo all of Greeley, Deborah Solorzano of Sacramento, California; brother Marc Solorzano Jr. of Sacramento, California; twin brother Raymond Solorzano of Greeley; grandparents Patrick and Charlette Baldizan of Greeley and Deborah Solorzano of Greeley John and Lori Cruz of Greeley, Margaret and Mike Meadows of Greeley; great grandparents Felipe Hernandez of Greeley, Lucy and Clifford Richardson of Greeley, Mary Campos of San Jose, California; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 12, 2016 followed by Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m., both at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment will be at Linn Grove Cemetery.
