Peggy Ann Dale, of Greeley, passed on September 3, 2025, at the Westlake Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on November 18, 139 to Milford and Jewell (Greenup) Headlee in Greeley, Colorado.
Peggy attended Eaton High School and shortly after graduation she married the love of her life, J.C. Dale. The couple raised three children, Wendy, John and Lisa. Peggy worked for the Good Samaritan Center for many years as a cook and enjoyed taking care of the residents. She was still in her faith and attended the Greeley First Assembly of God church.
She had a genuine love for the outdoors and loved trips to the mountains. Her musical preferences reflected her enjoyment of county and Christian genres. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Peggy is survived by her son, John Dale, daughters, Wendy Dale and Lisa Dale Peregoy, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Dale, who passed in 2021, her parents, her sister, Sandra, and grandson, Jermie Peregoy.
A graveside service will be held on September 19, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, in Greeley, at 10:00 a.m.
