Vickie was the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met.  She had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile.  I will miss talking to you, laughing with you, crying with you, having a meal with you.  I will miss everything about you.  You had such an angel like quality about you.  I have been so honored to be your friend.  I remembered when you first came to Fort Collins and I hired you to work with me at the Larimer County WorkForce Center.  That was one of the best decisions I ever made.  Your children were so small and adorable.  Then we both started working at AB and pretty much left there at the same time.  I will always treasure you and all that we talked about. You were always a people magnet, everyone loved you.  What was not to love.  There are so many times during the time that I have known you that I have said to myself what would Vickie do or say.  You touched so many peoples life with your heart and soul. I am so very saddened that I will never see you again, but I know that God needed a very special angel and he chose you.  You will always be in my heart and soul.  It has been such an honor to know you and your family.  You have and always will be such a blessing in my life.  I love you so very much Vickie.  Thank you so much for being my friend, it has been a great honor that I will cherish forever!

To the family and friends of Vickie Jones Boltz, please accept my belated condolences. At a time like this, words are hard to find, but I hope this short message brings you a little comfort from the Bible. Jesus demonstrated his ability to raise people from the dead by raising his best friend Lazarus and others. If he did it once, he can do it again and Vickie will be among those resurrected, Acts chapter 24 verse 15, from the grave by Jesus. Two of the resurrection accounts performed by Jesus can be found at John chapter 11 verses 11 thru 14 and Luke chapter 7 verses 11 thru 15. My dear, sweet, precious cousin, friend and sister, Vickie.  Remembering all the many times we laughed so hard we were drowning in tears, makes me smile.  The tears now are sad, but thanking God for putting you in my life, providing so many wonderful memories from our childhood on – and especially when you moved to Fort Collins and growing so much closer over the past 29 years.  It was a very special time when you, Dani and I lived together, creating even more memories to cherish.  
Thinking of the hours and hours we spent talking, missing hearing your voice.
Thinking of all the times we talked (and joked) about being old together in the nursing home, re-reading all our books to each other.  Thinking when you stayed the week with Sam in July and you asked where my books were so you could read while here, cracking up when you saw the crate crammed full of the books I’ve been saving for the nursing home.  Instead of the nursing home it will now be Heaven, which sounds quite a bit better…  and, maybe, if I pay a shipping charge, I can bring the books.
Thinking of the time you convinced me to go with you on your annual rafting trip, you the expert, me the first-timer.  The only thing I did NOT want to happen was going in the water.  Out of the three rafts full of “us” rafters, I was one of two who ended up in the water, kissing the rocks on the bottom.  You didn’t notice, because the guy sitting in front of you had gone flying off the front, while I did a complete back flip high in the air off the back.  When I was being pulled back in is when you learned I had disappeared and the look on your face was priceless and is seared in my mind forever.  Anyone and everyone who knows you can understand how worried and concerned you were for me.  But it was alright and it was fun and we planned to go the following year… but were lectured at by my mom, your aunt and second mom…  to not even think about it.
I am very thankful for the chance to be together one last time on Friday and talking to you one last time on Sunday, hearing you say, again, how much you love me – and me assuring you how much I love you.  And always will.
You were an angel to us all on earth, a light shining bright.  You had such a giant heart in such a tiny body, so full of love, compassion, worry and caring for everyone beyond measure.  Now you are our special angel in Heaven watching over us, keeping close watch over your children and grandchildren.  There was nothing or no one who could put a wedge between you and your children and grandchildren, and your love and devotion for them was insurmountable.  You were always there for them, no matter what, no matter when, no matter where and you will continue to be even if it will be through me, and all of your family, you will forever be present.  It will be “What would Vickie say or do?”  That has already been the case.
It is such a comfort knowing you are waiting with open arms to greet all of us who will follow.  Until then, you are and will be dearly missed.

Vickie - I remember always chatting with you outside of our cubicles at the AB office in Ft. Collins.  You always made me laugh.  The last time I saw you was on a business trip from STL.  We went to the RIO with Sara and Joanne, then you invited us to your beautiful home, nestled in the mountains.  While we haven't spoken since then (because of our own busy lives), I am truly saddened to hear of your passing.  One day, we will meet again, my friend.  Rest in Peace.

For 20 plus years Vickie made it so much easier to come to work each day. With her sharp wit, pleasing personality, common sense, and a true caring for others. We always knew we could count on Vickie. 
Having a drink after work or a nice lunch downtown was a special treat with Vickie present. Her cute laugh, enthusiasm and charisma just made you feel good. 

We will miss her very very much. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Willie and all the family.

I am absolutely crushed to hear of Vicki's passing. What an amazing woman. Willie,my man, words cannot express the sorrow I feel for you and the entire Jones and Boltz families. I hope you can find comfort in the  fact that you were together so long and have so many memories you've shared. I'm praying for all those affected. God has his own plans.

Vickie was a great freind. Whether skiing with other AB co-workers or drinking a Friday beer, there she was smiling and laughing. My condolences to her family and all her freinds. I miss her a lot already.

Vickie's passing hit me harded than I have experienced in years. We were fairly close in her new beginnings in Colorado. I have good memories of the time I spent with her and Dani and Aaron. Her infectious laugh with stay with me. During the recent years our lives were apart, but I am thankful for the good years she had with Willy. My prayers have been for you, the family and everyone feeling her loss. I sincerely share your loss.

My condolences to your family, I knew Vickie from AB, she was always such a sweetheart. She will be missed, and her ""light"" will shine on in your wonderful family memories.

Vicki was an amazing person.  I have always admired her.  She was a beautiful person inside and out and I have fond memories of our outings together.  My condolences to Willie.  You are a wonderful person, I am sorry for your loss.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Vivki was my cousin but I always called her Aunt Vicki, not sure why but thats what always came out when I spoke of Vicki.  Vicki was a very kind, and loving person.  As it was stated she always thought of others first. Words can not describe how much she will be missed. My thoughts and prays go out to her family.

I feel blessed to have known Vickie and be a  part of her AB family, she was a light.

I have known Vickie forever.  We were neighbors in Elk Mountain when we were kids.  Many hours were spent playing hide and seek, kick the can and annie I over.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.  Cis and Pete Johnson

Lonnie and I want you to know that our hearts just ache for all of your family.  There is nothing worse than losing one of your kids.  We share your pain and want you to know that our prayers are with you always.

She is such a beautiful woman.  She was one of my brides maids at the wedding in Hanna.  I was lucky enough to see her at our 40 year class reunion and she hadn't changed a bit.  My prayers go out to the family.

Hello, I worked with Vickie at AB.   She had such a beautiful heart and fun personality, always a smile on her face.   I was devastated to hear of her passing. I know her family is very lucky to have a Angel like her looking down upon them.  I cannot fathom the grief of her loss and I am sending strength to take comfort in the memories and her legacy.
