July 12, 1953 - July 6, 2017
Wallace Ronne was suddenly called home to Heaven Thursday July 6, 2017, at his home.
Wallace was born to Nelson and Melva Ronne in McCook, NE on July 12, 1953. As a child, Wallace’s family moved to Colorado, eventually settling in Eaton. Wallace graduated from Eaton High School in 1971.
On August 11, 1973, he married Linda Talbert. Wallace and Linda settled in Greeley to raise their son Matthew and daughter Jennifer.
Wallace worked several jobs in Northern Colorado during his life, most recently for G4S Security stationed at Teletech in Greeley, but his passions were in music. He was a part of several local bands and helped lead worship at Faith Ministries Fellowship in Greeley for many years. His passion for music and entrepreneurial spirit led him to learning Audio-Visual Production. He achieved his long-time dream of building a recording studio in his home, where he produced music, audio, and visual content for friends and professionally under the non-profit Global Evangelistic Media Services, especially for Faith Ministries International Network and Honor Flight Northern Colorado, of which he was also a standing Board Member.
Wallace is preceded in death by his parents Nelson and Melva, and brother, Arlan Ronne.
Wallace is survived by his wife Linda, Son Matthew and his wife Kristina, Daughter Jenn, and Granddaughter Hazel Schofield, all of Greeley; Brother Steven Ronne and his wife Barbara of Greensburg, KY; Sister-In-Law Kim Ronne of Tampa, FL; Uncle Norman Menzie of Derby, KS; Sisters-In-Law Mary Webster of Evans and Connie Hollenbaugh of Flagler; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held July 14th, 10am at Christian Congregational Church, 716 16th St., Greeley. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations.
