Born April 30, 1999 in Brazil the daughter of Michelle (Jackman) Shoemaker and was an eighth grader at South Putnam Jr. High School.
Autumn sang in the choir at school and had been active in 4-H.
Survivors include her parents, Michelle Shoemaker and companion, Deanne Jordan; a brother, Russel Shoemaker; sisters, Sierra Shoemaker and Kalyn Jordan; grandparents, David and Janice Jackman; aunt, Tammy King; cousins, Katerina, Abby, and Mikey King; and best friend, Vicky Petrey.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
