Doyne Earl Priest

Born November 19, 1934 in Brick Chapel, IN the son of Clifton K. and Bessie O. (Woodworth) Priest. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School “Class of 1952”.

He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the Jaycees.

Doyne had owned and operated Priest Repair Service, Priest Computer Service and the PM Video Store. He had previously worked at Handy’s Dairy for 20 years as a milk deliveryman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Martha Lou (Bryan) Priest; granddaughter Jana Barker; brothers Wayne and Carroll Priest and sisters Harlene Brown and Joy Cooper.

Doyne is survived by his daughters, Katrina Reedy (Steve Keller), Joanna (Jeff) Barker, and Wanda Corey (Mike Smith); grandchildren Jason (Julie) Barker, Kayla (Brian) Leck, Lauren (Brian) deBlecourt, and Bryan Corey; great grandchildren Liam, Haley, Paisyn, Willow, Skylar, Emersyn, and Oliver.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 15, 2023 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM until time of service.
