

He was born to Hilda & Ted Riechmann on June 15, 1929. He was blessed with 2 brothers, Dean and Jim Riechmann, and a sister, JoAnn Curry.
Glenn married the love of his life, Fern Niehaus, in January 1952; she survives him. They spent 72 wonderful years together in marriage. They have 3 daughters, Suzanne (Fred) Cox, Nancy Garris, and Hope (Mark) Wood. They have 6 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Glenn was a devoted family man that loved spending time with his family. His whole family loved him very much in return.
Glenn served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He then spent many years as a construction foreman with Baker Forms Construction Company. Glenn was also a member of Living Christ Lutheran Church.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home in Greencastle, with Pastor Steven Latzke officiating. Burial will follow in New Winchester Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday.
